How do I book a party?

What happens after I submit my reservation form?

Sit back and relax! We’ll reach out via email and/or phone within one business day to confirm details and secure your party date.

Do I need to pay a retainer?

Yes, a 50% retainer of your total balance is required within 72 hours of submitting your reservation to secure your booking. Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and cover initial preparations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and Zelle for payments.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve Houston and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply based on the distance from ZIP code 77002:
🚗 0-20 miles – $50
🚗 21-30 miles – $75
🚗 31+ miles – TBD (Please contact us for pricing)

What ages are your parties designed for?

We have packages for all ages! Check each package for specific age recommendations.

When will my party host arrive?

Your party host will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to introduce themselves and set up.

Is the paint used washable?

Yes! We use non-toxic, washable tempera paint for our craft projects. If cleaned immediately with soap and warm water, it washes out easily. However, fabric paints and dyes are not washable—we provide aprons or t-shirts for protection.

How far in advance should I book my party?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance. The final guest count and craft selections must be confirmed one week before your event to ensure availability.

Is gratuity included?

No, gratuity is not included but is always appreciated!

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Our party packages include table covers, but tables and chairs are available for rent upon request. See our Services & Rentals section for details.

What happens if I don’t use all the crafts I requested?

Since crafts are customized for your party, you will be charged for the full amount. Any unused crafts are yours to keep.

Can the party be customized to match my theme?

Absolutely! Let us know your party theme, and we’ll provide creative ideas to match.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to postpone or cancel, we require at least one week’s notice to avoid additional charges.
